Here follows the instructions BUT first a warning! &nbsp;-- The dell Manual says you may break your printer IF you reset the counter WITHOUT replacing the (physical) photoconductor unit (Image drum):<br />

Reset the Photoconductor (PC) Drum Counter <br />
1. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Turn the printer off.<br />
2. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Press and hold down the select button &nbsp; and the right arrow button &nbsp; on the printer and power the printer on.<br />
3. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Release your fingers from the buttons when the message Performing Self Test appears.<br />
4. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Press the left arrow button &nbsp; or the right arrow button &nbsp; to scroll to Reset PC Cnt, then press the select button &nbsp;.<br />
5. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;After the Resetting message, press the left arrow button &nbsp; or the right arrow button &nbsp; to scroll to Exit Config, then press the select button &nbsp; to restart the printer and apply your changes.<br />

2.      Press and hold down the select button   and the right arrow button   on the printer and power the printer on.

4.      Press the left arrow button   or the right arrow button   to scroll to Reset PC Cnt, then press the select button  .
5.      After the Resetting message, press the left arrow button   or the right arrow button   to scroll to Exit Config, then press the select button   to restart the printer and apply your changes.
