How do you reset the counters?
Here follows the instructions BUT first a warning! -- The dell Manual says you may break your printer IF you reset the counter WITHOUT replacing the (physical) photoconductor unit (Image drum):

1. Turn the printer off.
2. Press and hold down the select button and the right arrow button on the printer and power the printer on.
3. Release your fingers from the buttons when the message Performing Self Test appears.
4. Press the left arrow button or the right arrow button to scroll to Reset PC Cnt, then press the select button .
5. After the Resetting message, press the left arrow button or the right arrow button to scroll to Exit Config, then press the select button to restart the printer and apply your changes.
