classic windows for windows 7

I am trying to get the look I had in XP that when I opened the C drive I would see documents and settings and my name and files and templates and many more things. I went looking for templates like I found in XP and no longer see them. I was cleaning up the Excel folder and needed to delete the templates and restart Excel and it worked. My issue is that I can not find the settings I once used. I would like to be able to see the file structure like I did when I would right click on the C drive and select explorer and then documents and settings, then myu name and it would open to my stuff on the C drive?
