Have a PC running vista, cant restore some start menu folders after a hijack virus. Was able to restore hidden folders, and restore start menu FOLDERS, but &nbsp;Can not access the programs within the container folder. I go to All Programs, Microsoft Office, folder is empty. &nbsp;I tried creating a new user to see if it would recreate a new start menu, but it did not.
