Workstation running Xp keeps screwing up the print spooler and deleting the networked and attached printers. any suggestions?

I have one windows XP workstation that messes with the print spooler when ee tries to print certian pages off of a travel website.  Not only does it disable the spooler it goes ahead and deletes the printers, attached and networked.  Any suggestions?
