Hi Experts
Our Public IP and Router Gateway IP gets listed in Barracuda Central(
http://www.barracudacentral.com/index.cgi?p=lookups) and Spamhaus(
http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup.lasso)
frequently thats why people are not able to send mail, sending mails get blocked.
We have POP3 accounts.
How can we fix it?
I have unlisted ip addresses but how to fix this issue permanently.

Below is mail which is got after unlisting IPs
The Barracuda Spam Firewall has rules that apply to email sent from an IP address known to Barracuda Central to send spam. At this time the Barracuda Spam Firewall has the ability to decline email from these IPs. This is an option that the Administrator of the Barracuda Spam Firewall may enable. If the Administrator chooses to enable this option it may block your IP address.
This IP has been seen by Barracuda Central to transmit spam email in the past 30 days.
We have temporarily removed it from the Barracuda Blacklist. You have 7 days to correct the issues surrounding the listing of this IP address. If they are not corrected within 7 days this IP may be added to the Barracuda Blacklist again.
Please allow between 12 and 24 hours for changes to propagate around the world to all Barracuda Spam Firewalls -- at which time you will be able to send email from the aforementioned IP address without a problem.
The question we most often get is: "How did this happen? We don't send Spam!"
The answer is most likely one of two:
If this IP is your gateway or your home or work IP then you most likely have a rogue computer or virus on your computer or network. The second option is that one or more of your email accounts have been compromised. This second option is the most troubling for most people. It is generally only the case if the IP we are reporting is that of you Mail Server or that of your ISP's Mail Server.
How to solve these problems:
If you can, close off all outgoing port 25 access from your network. This will stop desktop and server viruses and allow you time to find the infected machine. If need be, you can open up port 25 from your Mail Server ONLY. Ensure that your Mail Server is secure and free of viruses and 'bots. Also, remember that just because your Mail Server logs do not show it sending email, it may still be doing so. Viruses on a Mail Server do not necessarily use the Mail Server software to do their dirty work.
Barracuda Central always suggests to have your IT staff investigate these issues. If you are a home user and you are getting reports of being blocked, you generally have a virus or a 'bot running on your system. Update your virus software, run it on all machines behind the connection to the internet and allow the software to clean up any infected machines.
In all cases remember to lock down your WIFI (wireless) network if you have one. Taking a WIFI router out of the box and plugging it in is not safe for your network or for the internet. It is quite easy for a WIFI connection to become compromised. Neighbors often (sometimes mistakenly) log on to your WIFI connection without either them or you knowing it. Their virus issues then become your virus issues.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
