The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. IP Blacklisted

I have a bunch of email hanging in the queue in my Exchange System Manager. And there is a return email from the recipient server as below:

1. The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
evans.co@lineone.net on 05/08/2008 10:45
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<rbdml-01.RBDML.co.uk #5.5.0 smtp;550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address [213.83.112.155]>

Neil Blundy on 05/08/2008 11:57
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

I manage to delisted the IP address from the second (2) problem however i couldnt find the first problem. Where should i lookup for this?
