Download cpshrink utility from http://www.compression.dk/cmview/View?id=10005 and use it with /X parameter to decompress your archive.

I wish I could edit. I see there's a document file included, but it's in German. I guess I can try to use a translator on that.

Looks like the translator will only work for 3 out of the 6 commands.
