Exchange 2007 & Certificate problem

Dear All,

I purchase a certificate from VeriSign to add it's to the Exchange 2007 server.

When I use the following command in Exchange Management Shell its work without problems:
Import-ExchangeCertificate Path C:\certnew.cer FriendlyName Exchange Certificate

But When I use the following commands in Exchange Management Shell to import the certificate it's not work:
Enable-exchangecertificate services IIS thumbprint 6A987005852BC8C9494E29AB28024F8567819587
Or
Enable-ExchangeCertificate Thumbprint 6A987005852BC8C9494E29AB28024F8567819587 -Services IIS

I got the following error MSG:
WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated: The certificate with thumbprint 6A987005852BC8C9494E29AB28024F8567819587 was found but is not valid for usage with Exchange Server (reason:PrivateKeyMissing).

Enable-ExchangeCertificate : The certificate with thumbprint 6A987005852BC8C9494E29AB28024F8567819587 was found but is not valid for usage with Exchange Server (reason: PrivateKeyMissing).

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Thanks

You need to import the certificate through Certificates under Administrative Tools and enter the passphrase to import the private key. You can also click Start->Run, type mmc and click File->Add/Remove snap-in. Choose Certificates.
