Have you thouht about using a 3rd party Encryption application? Like PGP or some other add on? most are free, and this would password protect the email as well as encrypt the contents so that no one can read it except your CEO. It would involve installing the PGP application on both your pc and on his but this would be a secure, and simple way to keep the email from prying eyes.
