It isn't centrally managed, but the free TrueCrypt product may be worth a try - in its latest incarnation, you can produce an iso per machine that, if booted, allows you to access, boot or recover the machine even if the machineside password has been changed or the encryption keyblock corrupted.
A bit more overhead, but having a free, open source solution frees up a fair block of cash to be used to implement something to store those per-machine isos against future repair needs - with no licensing or recurring revenue concerns, everyone can breathe a little easier :)
be aware however - US customs have taken to imaging laptops that contain such information - with refusal to give the access passwords leading to confiscation of the machine and potentially refusal to allow you to fly. It is advised that, if you are passing though US Customs, you wipe from the machine anything commercially sensitive and recover that information via vpn

Have a look at UTIMACO Safeguard Easy. ( www.utimaco.com ) They have very long experience in this market and their product is half way easy to use (I mean if something like that can be seen to be easy ;-) ).
They offer automatic logon and password synchronisation with Windows and much more...
