IRC and DCC under ISA server

Hi all,

1000 points on offer here - i need very DETAILED instructions on how to set up ISA server so that any logged in user can access the full functionality of mIRC, including DCC gets/sends and setting up an fserve, WITHOUT using the firewall client, as well as how to set up mIRC on the clients in order to get it to work.

That's why I asked for detailed instructions specifically for ISA server
