I have a snort IPS sitting on the same switch as my squid proxy. I've turned my monitoring port on for snort and am able to capture traffic. all http traffic is being proxied, as such i am unable to enforce my porn, web blacklisted, and other http rule sets because of it. source address is always my proxy...
