Snort Rule to Capture Email Content

Hi EE!
Could you help me to create Snort Rules to capture the whole emails content.
I have read this discussion: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Security/Operating_Systems_Security/Linux/Q_20868306.html but I can't find a solution for me.
If Snort can't capture email content, could you suggest for me another solution to capture email and don't need touch to mail server.
