Do you want to delete this particular page or all of the cache. If it is the later people may not like that done every time they visit that site. Further more I have asked some people around me and we can't think of anyway to delete a clients cache remotely. pizzametsalami's suggestion is probably your bets bet.

You can set expirity dates in IIS. For example you can tell IIS to send a header to remove the cached pages (on the clients) in 10 minutes. Right-click "my computer", click "manage", click "services and applications", "iis". right click "default web site" and look for "content" or something like that in the tabs. There you can set the content expiration date which will remove localy cached files in x minutes.
