I have a problem.
I have some controls related to Internet, which I am using in my applications.
I am working in a computer which is connected through network .All the machines are connected to the local network.
I am connected to the Internet via proxy.Through proxy all the machines get internet connections.
Usually,I use the IP address of the server machine in which the proxy is installed and try to connect to any mail server and recieve mails. But I will not able to send mails from my machine with this IP address.
Suppose if I want to connect to any other IP address through my Internet related controls,I am getting an error as Unreachable Host .I want to perform some operations after connecting to any IP address. But I am unable to connect to any other IP address.
I want to know if it is possible to connect to any other IP address through my machine with the proxy connection. If it is possible, please help me in suggesting how to do this.
Thanks

You will need to determine what ports your controls are trying to communicate on and get the proxy to allow communication on these ports. The proxy is in place for a reason and nobody on this site is going to help you with circumventing the proxy so you must come up with a way for it to work through the proxy. The only way this is going to happen is if the policy on the proxy allows it. So work with your network administrator on defining the ports you need open and then try to get them opened and see if what you are trying to do will then work.
Good Luck
