Or you can use a firewall and give access to only those websites you want them to go to by giving permission or setting them in such a way by giving the sites webserver IP address in the firewall.

How can i restrict my client from accessing all website except two or three site that i need. Is there any option in IE, to achieve this without using a proxy or any third party software. I dont have any server in my premise. All my pcs are in a peer to peer network.

A funny trick would be the following:
In the TCPIP settings, click the 'use the following DNS addresses' and enter any dummy IP addresses.
Then, enter the IP & web address of the two sites you want them to see in the c:\windows\system32\etc\ho
But for this trick to work, the users shouldn't be too smart.

Dear pvraj,
You can go to tools --> Internet options --> Security --> restricted sites and give the website that you donot want them to go to and also go to "Trusted sites" and give those that you want them to..
Also see that they are not given permissions to go to IE and edit those ..
