Access server remotely through firewall...

Hi there all....
I have recently set up ADSL for one of our clients. I have set up a Netgear FVS318 firewall/Router and a netgear modem. This all works fine, they have 2000 SBS with about 5 clients. They have 2 laptops that want to access the server from home. I set up one of the laptops and dial to the internet, then I try to access the terminal server from the laptop using
RDC and it just times out. I figure out that the router is stopping it from coming through. If I select default DMZ server everything works fine. But now I have less security. What is the best way to set this up, am I able to have a dymanic ip at one end accessing the terminal server.
Is ISA fine to handle all security, sorry for all the questions, hope someone can help.

Thanks in advance
