when I uncheck the "Encrypt contents to secure data" in the advanced file properties I get an error "access denied", in the detasils the recovery agents list is empty, and when I try to add a user the "find user" button is disabled.
I tried also to run mmc to create a new certificate, however when I try "Request
new certificate..." When I try this I get an error
saying the wizard cannot be started becuase either:
1.There are to trusted CA's available
2. You don't have permissions to request certificates
3. The available CAs issue certificates for which you don't have permissions
I guess that number one is correct...how can I make trusted CAs available?
