I would think any of the main vulnerability scanners should provide more insight.

Nessus is one of the best and its free
http://www.nessus.org

Or the Retina scanner is one of the best windows versions
http://www.eeye.com

LanGuard
http://www.gfi.com/languard/

I would have reccomended the one from ISS too but I heard recenlty that there some pretty bad bugs in a lot of there current products so I woud stay away from anything ISS for now til they fix all there products.

with that mix of services, you are better off hiring someone.  you can fuzz it pretty well with most of the standard vuln assessment utilities (nessus/newt, retina as mentioned are pretty good, there's also core, ), but the level of determination that goes into a person actually penetrating via web and backend services is likely to be missed.

i'm not a huge fan of most of the writups, but you might find this series of some service.
