Browse All TopicsInappropriate suggestions have been made to my 12 year old via aim instant messaging. I know who the person is and he has denied it saying someone else is using his sign on. How can I find the source from whence the im are coming from. Or has a hacker accessed my computer. I have Nortons internet security. How can I find out if this has happened. I am a very worried mom and would like to get to the bottom of this even as far as to take it to the authorities. Please I am a total novice at IT but am hoping that you can shed some light on this matter
