E-Mails "supposedly" sent from Administrator or Support accounts containing viruses

Do I need to be worried about e-mails from administrator@mydomain.com or support@mydomain.com containing test like this..

mydomain.com = example valid company domain

Dear user, the management of mydomain.com mailing system wants to let you know that,

Some of our clients complained about the spam (negative e-mail content) outgoing from your e-mail account. Probably, you have been infected by a proxy-relay trojan server. In order to keep your computer safe, follow the instructions.

There was a file attached to the e-mail called textdocument.pif which was blocked by the firewall.

I suspect it housed the netsky or beagle virus.

Is there a way for me to prevent ANY messages from being sent by a administrator/webmaster/support@mydomain.com account to the e-mail users of mydomain.com at the server or firewall level that are clearly not being sent by the admin of the network?
