I downloaded a free program yesterday and now when my computer boots up the internet connection box pops up and I have to click on the x or close sign 6 or 7 times to get it go away. I've experienced this problem before and managed to get rid of it by just deleting the program. It's not working this time. I also used to be able to manage my start-up menu in win 98 but I can't seem to find how to do it in win2k. The tool bar property link doesen't seem to give me the same control. Can someone tell me where to go to stop these log-on boxes from popping up when I don't want them. It's so damn annoying when someone on the outside just takes over the control of your computer.
