getting yahoo password if cracked or forgotten

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am having a yahoo Id and I was using it but suddenly I have lost access as it says password is invalid.
I had said windows to save the password and it use to login direcly.Now I cannot access it as it says password  is
invalid.I don't remeber the secret answer as that is the only option which remains with me and when I enter it they say it is invalid.

can you give me a solution of how I can get the password back.

Please help me .
