BROWSER HIJACKED AGAIN...!

I had previously had a problem with browser hijacking software, which I as able to fix with available freeware software such as ad-aware, spykiller etc.  But since I have picked up some spyware/malware browser hijacking software which I cannot get rid up even using these same tools.  The latest version of ad-aware will detect, and prompts me to delete the discovered spyware but will not get rid of completely.  It gets rid off ALL but three I have include in the log below.

I have include below the log/description of the malware.
Is there ANY way to remove this manually.  I cannot even delete IE Explorer becuasue I believe somehow the spyware has intefered.
