please help, my ebay account was hijacked and my comptuer is doing strange things.

last night my Ebay account was hijacked and they changed my e-mail address, Ebay had to cancel all bids on my 25+ auctions, and send everyone messages. In the process of trying to find out what happened and what to do, they told me to check my system for viruses. I am not finding any. But my computer is doing some strange things. My e-mail OE is acting slow. and when I am typing messages the cursor is 2-3 letters ahead of when the letters are actually seen by me. there is a delay. that is the current problem. It does happen almost all the time on Ebay and this only started yesterday.
My system will not download the needed program for Panda activescan. Maybe my XP firewall is preventing that. I'll disable to the firewall and try that. any other experiences smilar to mine will be appreciated as well as help. I am not finding any virus and have used spyware removals. I think they got into my Ebay account because I did not logout for a long time.
