Please help on my HijackThis Log

Hi Guys!!!

Please help me on the HijackThis log below.
My computer can not open the files in My Documents folder. A message "unable to open the file" comes out when i try to open a file.

I have tried copying the file and even the folder to another location but still can not open any files. My files are in word and excel files.

But there is no problem when i copy the file and open it from another computer.
would greatly appreciate your help.
