Every time I run SpyBot S&D these days, there are two identical items showing up as problems.
Thery are titled: Windows Security Center.FirewallDisableNoti
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR
What is this all about? Should I allow Spybot to delete these entries?

No, don't delete the settings.
Go into Start > Control Panel > Security Center > Resources (on the left hand side of the window – expand if necessary) > click "Change the way Security Center alerts me". This brings up an "Alert Setting" window.
There are three possible alerts:
* Firewall
Alert me if my computer might be at risk because of my firewall
settings
* Automatic Updates
Alert me if my computer might be at risk because of my Automatic Updates settings
* Virus Protection
Alert me if my computer might be at risk because of my virus protection software settings
Make sure Virus Protection alert is turned on.
Just shooting on the dark, but...
it seems to me you do have a "virus protection alert" turned off and (as war1 said) it should be on.
But that's about the second message. The first one seems to be about the firewall, and you must have a "firewall alert" turned off and, also, it should be on.
If you disabled firewall and virus protection by hand, and want to keep it that way, just say NO to S&D and check the "Remeber this option" box (not sure about the box name...)

Actually, Spybot is warning you that the feature in the SP2 Security Center that warns you if the anti-virus is disabled is turned off, i.e. AntiVirusDisabledNotify=1 in your case.
This is normally nothing to be concerned about, I assume you disabled that yourself and don't really want that feature. (I find that feature a nuisance myself and have it disabled on my PC).
This seems to be a new check added in Spybot recently that is causing some confusion. I would check the option in Spybot that says "don't warn me again" or similar as suggested by ruve above.
I am really saying the same thing as war1, just clarifying that AntiVirusDisabledNotify=1 in your case, while the default is AntiVirusDisabledNotify=0,

The Windows Security Center is McAffee. The value is correct. 0 means the Antivirus Notify is ON.
This is an error in Spypot. There has been some discussion of this problem in the Spybot forum. Make sure Spybot has the latest updates.
