I really need help

I've tried several spyware program and the latest 2006 norton AV and this computer is still getting crazy popup.  It's not my machine and there's at least a dozen programs I don't recognize.  Upon bootup  Norton recognizes dialer.instantaccess,  I've followed up with removal procedures both automatic and manual under the manual there seems to no trace.   this has kept me busy for days.   I would appreciate any assistance, thank you.
