Pc is infected with something which keeps redirecting the IE default page to www.systemwarning.com?

A user in my organisation has downloaded something which keeps redirecting the IE default page to www.systemwarning.com. I have run adware, and spybot but these have not resolved the issue.

There is also a infected machine message appearing in the toolbar which I have customized to 'always hide'.

A program called spyaxe was installed on the machine. I removed it from ad/rem progs and deleted hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run entry for spyaxe.
Im not sure if this has removed it but will check tommorrow.

I dont know if these are related but waht I did to spyaxe did not stop the default IE homepage issue.
