Question
Find an IP address's identity
If I have a public IP address (assume a cable modem IP address) and would like more information about it, how would I do it without giving away who I am. I don't have any legal methods I can adopt such as contact the ISP with a court order to disclose the end user but need to find out of the box means to find who this user is.
