Dear all,

This pc that I posting this message from cannot shut down.

It opens fine and seems to do everything else fine but when I try to either restart the pc or shut it down, it just won't shut down.

I have actually left it alone for 5 hours and it didn't shut down. I always end up manaully powering it off.
