Just wondering if any of you came across any friction from staff if you do this.
we have a phone list which shows the staff photo, fine, but now there are several "pressure" emails to put up your photo if not already there.
Can they insist? I just dont want my pic on the intranet, (I dont have them up at home either of myself)
I know consent is needed, which in not giving,
if they had there way there would be my photo name area mobile and job title, there saying its for security reasons, but
