secure email for HIPAA compliance

I have a small medical lab that currently has no domain or corporate email setup, but are now needing a cost effecitve secure email solution. Their will be only 10 users max, but i'm not really comfortable using a 3rd party as i dont want sensitive information sitting on someone elses mail servers.

Any cost effective solutions for a small medical practice that will be HIPAA compliant? with audit trails...etc...Start Free Trial
