Can't able to decrypt .vob file... that is very very very important file for me... please please help..

I was trying to protect folder, and followed instruction as instructed in the following link to encrypt my folder, subfolder and .vob file

Files name are :
FH1.vob
FH2.vob
FH3.vob
FH3.vob,

I have encrypted, folder >subfolder> { my four .vob files) but now When I am trying to decrypt ,
Only I can decrypt folder > subfolder and the three .vob file ,
except specifically one file i.e., FH1.vob ,

I have VLC player instaled,
