Cisco 3600 Router Encryption

I have 2 3600 routers connected together. How do i check if traffic between them is encrypted? Is there a setting somewhere on the router? How do i get to that setting? Please give me the procedure to confirm that there is encryption between the 2 routers. Thanks.
