Virus - Trojan !! Help!!

Hi All,
This popups up:
"Security System has detected spyware infection!"
The page at http://scanstability.com says:
Warning!!! Your computer contains various signs of viruses and malware programs.

and when I say OK it wants me to install all kinds of executables and it looks like a virus program.

I have to shutdown just to stop it...
