You can try using http://www.downloadthat.co m/windows/ Graphics/C atalog-Too ls/ Image-C omparer.ht ml while it does not sound as though the tool is what you are looking for, it could group some images as similar that may address what you need.
Searching the net for image analysis tools gets responses, but you have to test each to see whether it matches what you need.
Others tools may provide for an option to look for a particular color/pigment and perhaps the based on percentage of that color/pigment in the image.
With the above thought, I do not think these are the correct zones for it.
