There are some legal and ethical ways to accomplish this.
This site does not support illegal hacking/sniffing/stealing of any information.
1. Ask your daughter. There are parent/child issues to deal with here. If you don't have ground rules and trust established to accomplish this...this forum will probably not be the most appropriate.

3. Take the phone until she surrenders the password. If she is a minor and you pay the bills, there is nothing illegal about this. Might not help the relationship, but it will definitely start some dialogue. How you handle this could go from "I'm glad we trust each other now" to "I hate you".
4. Install monitoring software on your computers. It's not illegal if the computers are yours. Ethically, you should notify users that the computers are monitored. www.spectorsoft.com has some of the best monitoring software for personal and business use that I've seen. I've used it for many years. Set up keywords, alerts, keystroke logging, capture time spent in different applications.
Personally, I'd start with #1 and work my way down. I'd probably do #4 anyway...but my kids are still fans of Disney and PBS Kids. Another year or two and they'll get their own computer.
We'll set some ground rules first.
