webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure https connection
I am working on a website developed using JSP, Tomcat, and Apache. The production environment uses SSL. Why do we get the following warning on some of the pages:

Security Warning:
Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?
This webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HHTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage.

Most of the pages are fine and I don't get this warning. But I get this warning on a couple pages. This page does have the two lines below in the code section. Do you if either of these lines cause the warning?
