Can I setup a simple testing and get firewall log to confirm that PIX/ASA firewall block source routing traffic?

I would suggest starting by using the Cisco RAT (Router Auditing Tool) from the Center for Internet Security on your PIX/ASA configuration to identify any security configuration issues such as allowing source routing.

While it is the "Router" Auditing Tool, it also audits Cisco firewall configurations.
