I need to change the expiration date on my SBS 2003 CA but the registry key is missing.

Asked by MJcouture in Microsoft Server, Internet Security, Miscellaneous Security

I was looking to change the expiration date on my CA for a SBS 2003. When I try to go to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\CertSvc\Configuration\<CAName> to change the date. I get to services and there is no CertSvc key.

I can not seem to find it located anywhere can someone tell me why.

My CA is working fine but I need to change the date so that I can access an FDA web portal server. They will only except CA's that expire within 3 years and mine currently expires in 2014.
