using BT3 in VMware

I am using an IBM T60p and VMware workstation and I would like to use Backtrack 3 for security testing of my customers wireless networks. This is the 1st time I have tried to use VM for this can it be done? Or does the host pc have to make a connection to the network 1st? Start Free Trial
