Web server/Apache/Linux security

Running web server on Fedora Core 5 and Apache/2.2.2.

We are looking for a Linux security expert who specializes in web sites running Apache.  We know we have files that users can get to from our website without even logging into it.  Also, we need help with general security best practices, file system management security, Apache configuration, and a general application vulnerability assessment.
