Sendmail relay allow/restriction assistance

Asked by wanabi in SendMail Email Server, Linux Network Security, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)

I need to configure a sendmail server as a relay host that will only deliver/relay emails addressed to my domains.  After messing around with access, mailertable, etc. nothing works.  What I need is the following:

Email sent from another host running a web app to sendmail relay agent.

If email is NOT addressed to *@domain1.com, *@domain2.com, *@domain3.com email is rejected.

If email IS addressed to *@domain1.com, *@domain2.com, *@domain3.com email is relayed to our smarthost mail.domain1.com

I hope that explains it enough.Start Free Trial
