Google links redirected to random ad sites

For last couple of weeks when I do a search in Google and click on a link it sometimes redirects me to a web site not related to this link. Those sites normally contain more links or ads.

I used NAV and Windows Defender but to no avail.

I have Windows Vista on this machine.Start Free Trial
