i reinstalled PS QL V5.6 which came form dell. but same problem. can u provide a link wher i can get PS QL V5.8. software, it will solve my problem

need fingerprint reader suite software
I have dell xps1330 noteboook with fingerprint sensor, the system comes with fingerprint reader suite ver 5.6 software. i downlaod fingerprint reader suite 5.8 form net(link was given in windows problems & solutions windows). and i locked my folders with fingerprint suite 5.8 , due to sme virus i restored my notebook to factory defaults. now when i try to unlock my folders it says the file you are trying to open is encrypted by an unsupported method or is not a encrypted achive.
please provide some solution to get my files

sorry for late reply, i contract upek for the they send me reader suite 5.8 version, after downloading windows updated form Microsoft site i install this finger print reader suite v5.8 it works file. thanks for everyone who supported to solve this issue, specially to mr arnold, tolomir & upk team and sorry for delay reply.

Did you try reinstalling the fingerprint suite? If the encryption relies on parameters derived from your fingerprint, you might be able to access the data. If not, you would be out of luck.
