Home drive not connecting to correct location

We have Active Directory running on 2 2003 servers.
When users are created, the home folder is set to \\server1\testusers\%username%, where testusers is the exisiting share. The users folder is created ok.
The problem is that the designated letter for the homedrive, when the user logs in, is pointing only to the testusers share, and not to usernames folder. The default save location and My Documents both correctly point to the usernames folder and can be fully accessed.
Where can I look to resolve this issue so that the users homedrive points directly to their home folder?
