Move NetBackup from Sun to HP-UX IA-64

Our organization wants to streamline all Unix OS platform to HP-UX IA64 platform, we currently have NetBackup running on Sun Solaris 9. What will be the procedure to port it over to HP-UX?

Can I backup the database from Sun, then restore it to HP??
