I HAVE A N800V LAPTOP {CDROM BUT NO FLOPPY} I ALSO HAVE A DESKTOP PC WITH FLOPPY . CDROM BURNER WITH ROXIO SOFT WARE CURRENT VERSION OF "NTACCESS" {NOT DEMO) I ALREADY HAVE THE SET UP BOOT DISKS FOR WINDOWS XP BUT I NEED TO MAKE A CD-ROM CUZ OFCOURSE I DONT HAVE A FLOPPY ON MY LAPTOP!!! MY PROBLEM IS THE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY VAGUE TO CREATE THIS BOOTABLE CD-ROM WITH NTACCESS SETUP INFO...IM KINDA WHAT U CALL A "GREEN HORN" so the question is "CAN I MAKE A BOOTABLE CD-ROM FOR THE LAPTOP ON MY PC????AND I HAVE THE FLOPPY OF NTACCESS MADE BUT HOW TO I INCORPORATE IT INTO ROXIO WHEN I MAKE MY BOOTABLE CD-ROM?????????????? DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE?????????????????????

I read your previous post and now this one, and I need to clear up something. Are you trying to make the bootable CD version of the offline password recovery tool from Pnordahl, available here:

If so, then just download the ZIP file with the .ISO image in it. An ISO image is just an image file of a CD; all of the files that you need to burn to the CD are contained IN the ISO file.
Extract the ISO image from the ZIP, then open Roxio.
In Roxio, tell it you want burn a new CD, and when it comes to the point where you select the files to burn, choose the ISO file.
Normally, when you select an ISO image to burn to CD, then programs like Roxio will automatically detect that there are files in the ISO, and those files are burned to CD, not the ISO file itself.
So, try that. That should make the bootable CD version of this tool. I've made the bootable CD version of this tool myself, so I know it works.

A Windows XP is bootable. Boot from this and you will be able to build the laptop. Also W2K and NT4 disks
