Lots of spyware and possible vx2 infection.. pleade help.. HJT included

Hello... hopefully im posting this in the right section.  A friend refered me to this site.  I've been to a few other sites and people helped here and there but havent helped fully.. hence why i still have this problem.  They also told me I have a vx2 infection yet never told me how to get rid of it.  

First off what the pc is doing: tons of pops up, installing random software like virtual bouncer, my favorites list keeps getting bombarded with links i havent put there, random new icons on my desktop, this one is the kicker.... like to randomly shut down on me and turn off.  When ever i reboot after i logg into windows i recieve 2 errors saying cant find "c".  

I really need some help with this... I do graphics work and video editing work on my pc, and i can't stand all these issues anymore.
I do have ad aware se, and spy bot.
